RNS: Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) has touched a new record of monthly production in the first month of the current financial year, keeping the level of the best performance of the previous financial year.
BSL has also introduced a solid start in the new financial year, along with new monthly production records made in April, in the plant’s Hot Strip Mill and CCS Departments, informed MK Dhan Chief of Communication BSL.
In April this year, the team of Hot Strip Mill produced 31,5508 tonnes of HR coil by breaking the old monthly record of 310065 tonnes of HR coil production in April 2007. Similarly, the CCS department team has broken the old record of 278254 tonnes of CCD slab production made in April 2018 by producing 283691 tonnes of CC slab in April this year, he said.
Excited with these achievements the teams are ready to touch new heights this year under the leadership of BSL CEO Pawan Kumar Singh, said Dhan.
