Anish Jaipuriyar nominated for Future Legal Leaders by IBL Journal for the year 2021

RNS: Anish Jaipuriyar has been named one of India’s 50 up and coming Future Legal Leaders by India Business Law Journal for 2021.

Anish, a resident of Sector 3 of Bokaro Steel City, has done his schooling from DPS Bokaro. He has completed his law from National Law University Odisha (NLUO) and went to the London School of Economics and Political Science for a certificate course on International Financial Law and Regulations.

He was the first student from NLUO to be issued a pre-placement offer by a top-tier law firm of India – Khaitan & Co LLP, New Delhi where he worked for 4 years. Thereafter, he joined another top tier law firm Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, New Delhi.

After completing his stint at Khaitan & Co and Shardul Amarchand, he joined AKS Partners, New Delhi as a Partner and Head of General Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions.

Clients highly regard him for his hands-on approach, technical knowledge and negotiating skills. He specialises in corporate & commercial transactions, including arbitrations, representing many local and international corporates on corporate, transactional, and dispute resolution.

Anish has also advised significant corporates and some of India’s most prominent companies on a broad spectrum of corporate & commercial laws.

Further, his commercial acumen has enabled him to generally provide outstanding support to the arbitration team concerning the commercial and transactional issues pertaining to arbitration. Anish’s competencies include a unique mix of corporate and litigation as he has been appointed as standing counsel in the Supreme Court of India for the State of Jharkhand. He is also empanelled advocate for Punjab National Bank, Steel Authority of India Limited and Central Coalfields Limited.
