RNS: Dr. A. S. Gangwar, Principal, Delhi Public School Bokaro has been acknowledged as the Changemaker of the Year; honoured with ‘Leader of the Year Award ‘ in the School Changemaker Conference organized by Centre for Educational Development (CED) Foundation in New Delhi.
He received this honour for his commendable efforts and initiatives taken in implementing quality education to build 21st Century skills, develop holistic qualities of children and empower teachers to be the changemakers of tomorrow. Dr. Gangwar is the only principal from the state of Jharkhand to be honoured with this coveted award.
The award was given by Pratibha Shukla, Minister of State, Women Welfare, Child Development and Nutrition, Government of Uttar Pradesh and Sangeeta Tiwari, Member of Women Welfare Commission, Uttar Pradesh.
Expressing his happiness, Dr. Gangwar said, DPS Bokaro believes in the cause of being resilient and is open to embrace the changes to champion the cause of education. We have always strived to create global citizens with ethos and values who would foster the love of humanity. It is also our constant endeavour to equip every faculty member to be an achiever.
