RNS: Satellite observations of the Earth provide us with detailed information about the natural environment and allow us to monitor how humans are altering the planet. The information about Earth and other planets in space allows students to monitor the changes and alterations taking place on the planets.
University of Leicester’s MSc in Satellite Data Science helps students gain insights and expertise in data analysis on the uptake, use and commercialisation of Earth observation data. To make the students more confident, the course helps the students develop innovative solutions and technical skills through project-based learning.
The University of Leicester is the UK hub of Earth observations research and expertise. The program is designed for graduates who take an interest in understanding the principles of remote sensing during the time of writing computer programming in high-performance computing infrastructure.

M Sc in Satellite Data Science is full-time 12 Months course. The program date is scheduled in September 2023 while the application deadline is 21 July 2023
Entry requirements are— A 2:2 degree is required in a relevant subject; IELTS 6.5 or equivalent, with at least a score of 6 in all four categories. If your first language is not English, you may need to provide evidence of your English language ability.
