RNS: An MoU for High-Speed Diesel was signed between Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) and Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL).
The MoU was signed by Amitabh Srivastava, Executive Director (Materials Management), on behalf of BSL and Neetu Prasad, Regional Head, IOCL behalf of Indian Oil Corporation Limited.
BSL has entered into a three-year agreement with IOCL, under which IOCL will supply about 18300 KL diesel to BSL, the estimated amount of which will be around Rs 184 crore 32 lakh, informed an official. “With the implementation of this contract, the availability of diesel for diesel-run vehicles in BSL will be ensured,” he said.
Chief General Manager (Materials Management) Anil Kumar, General Manager (Purchase) UK Singh, and other officers of BSL and IOCL were present on the eve.
