RNS: Today, the orientation session for the students of Class – XI was organised in Kalidas Kala Bhawan of Delhi Public School, Bokaro. The ceremony commenced with a warm welcome by the Principal, Dr. A. S. Gangwar, who addressed the students, emphasizing the importance of this transitional phase in their lives.
The principal shared words of encouragement, motivating the students to embrace the challenges and opportunities ahead. He also advised parents to help children pursue their passion and be in constant touch with the child and the school, which will enhance the child’s holistic growth.
Distinguished career counsellor Vikas Kumar and notable alumni Shubham Kumar (AIR-41, UPSC CSE 2023), and Akash Gupta (CA, ICWA & Deputy Manager, SAIL, BSL) along with the JEE Advanced and NEET toppers 2023 were also invited to inspire the young minds and shed light on various aspects of their academic and personal development. Vikas Kumar delivered an insightful speech, urging the students to be proactive in pursuing their passions and reminding them that success is the outcome of hard work and perseverance.
A separate session was arranged for the parents to receive information regarding the school’s rules and regulations, communication channels and ways to participate in the child’s education actively. The orientation ceremony proved fruitful and successfully set the stage for a promising academic session.
