RNS: The grand finale of the “Ran Neeti” business simulation game, as part of the Employee Cup 2023, was organized under the aegis of the All India Management Association (AIMA) at MTI, Ranchi.
In the plant-level competition of “Ran Neeti,” more than 124 teams from various plant units participated in Level One, and out of them, 19 teams were selected to compete in the finals.
The team from Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL), comprising Sudhir, General Manager (HRM), Amit Anand, Deputy General Manager (HRD), and Preeti, Manager (HRD), emerged victorious in the grand finale.
