Dhanbad: The three-day Techno Management Fest of IIT (ISM) Dhanbad— Concetto’23 kick-off at Penman Auditorium.
Varun Ranjan, Deputy Commissioner of Dhanbad inaugurated the event as chief guest. Besides others, Professor JK Pattanayak, Officiating Director of the institute and Professor Dheeraj Kumar, Deputy Director were present during the eve.
Notably, the three-day festival based on the theme of Cosmic Odyssey during which over 30 technical events including Robo Wars and Prod Blitz are scheduled will also witness an electrifying EDM night coupled with a mesmerizing concert, guaranteeing an unforgettable musical experience.

Giving details of a host of technical events scheduled during the fest, Professor Villuri said that during Robowar which is an engineering masterpiece, colossal robots armed with flamethrowers, crushers and launchers will vie for survival while during X Space, which is a gaming event finest gaming teams will immerse in a battle of supremacy striving to give the most thrilling performances.
“The innovative ideas of the students will be put to some test before the industry experts during the event titled Innoventure” further said Prof Villuri and added that the fest pays homage to India’s accomplishments in space exploration and offers a platform where brilliant young minds converge with industries seeking a fresh perspective.
Professor Saurabh Srivastava, co-convener of event, said “ The event which is a bridge connecting industries with next-generation innovators is designed with a diverse range of technical and management events, providing a stage for emerging talents to shine.
