Dandiya revelers dance through the hours

RNS: The beats of tradition and joy echoed late into the night at the Dandiya festival, the Snehi Mahila Child Vikas Samiti organised at Milan Hall, near  DAV School, Sector 4 in Bokaro Steel City.

The event, graced by esteemed guests including Baghmara MLA Dhullu Mahato, special guest Savitri Devi, mayoral candidate Sanju Devi, social worker Vinod Kumar, and former district 20-point vice president Laxman Nayak, commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp.

Under the spirited leadership of Renu Sah, the Dandiya Utsav featured talented artists from Kolkata and Patna, including Abhiman Chakraborty, Mithali Chakraborty, and Sanjeet Singh, who enthralled the audience with their lively musical performances, compelling everyone to dance to their tunes.

Devotees enthusiastically swayed and twirled to the rhythmic beats of devotional songs dedicated to Mata well into the late hours of the night.

The presence of prominent figures such as Snehi Mahila Vikas Samiti President DK Sah, Suryakant Gupta, Vinesh Nayak, Laxman Nayak, Anil Kumar, Arvind Kumar, Omprakash Gupta, Chandan Kumar, and Ganesh Prasad added to the festive spirit of the occasion.

The Dandiya festival provided a memorable evening of cultural celebration and camaraderie, leaving attendees with cherished memories of a night filled with dance, music, and devotion.
