Gaya: Tarun Prakash, the General Manager of East Central Railway, conducted a thorough inspection of Patliputra Junction on Sunday. The inspection covered various aspects related to passenger facilities and safety.
The GM reviewed all arrangements at the station, including the cleanliness, passenger amenities, and overall safety measures. His inspection encompassed the passenger waiting room, platforms, lifts, foot overbridges, pay-and-use facilities, and the circulating area.
He instructed officials to maintain constant vigilance regarding passenger facilities.
Additionally, Prakash conducted a technical inspection of motor point number 59 in the yard, focusing on various safety aspects.
He also assessed the progress of the construction work for the second entrance of Patliputra Junction, directing that it be completed promptly.
The inspection was attended by Divisional Railway Manager of Danapur Division, Jayant Kumar Chaudhary, along with other officials.
