Ranchi: The Human Resources Department of Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) recently organized a workshop titled “Capacity Building Program for Sanitization on Rationalisation of Low Value Tenders and e-MB Implementation”.
The workshop, structured into four detailed sessions, focused on enhancing participants’ understanding of Rationalisation of Low Value Tenders. Key dignitaries present included Director (Finance) Pawan Kumar Mishra, Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) Pankaj Kumar, General Managers AC Moharana (Civil) and Manoj Kumar (E&M).
The final session, conducted by GM (Excavation), introduced the latest Schedule of Rates (SOR) for civil works, which was officially released during the event. GM (HRD) welcomed the participants, and the workshop featured addresses from GM (Civil), CVO, and DF Sir.
In the inaugural session, Director (Finance) and CVO of CCL delivered motivating speeches to inaugurate the workshop. Participants were also briefed on current guidelines for low value tenders and the necessary precautions to ensure a streamlined process.
