Bokaro: The 32nd Aradhana Diwas in honor of the revered Vedanti of modern India, Param Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda Saraswati, was observed with profound devotion at Chinmaya Vidyalaya.
The event featured a series of programs dedicated to Gurudev’s memory.
The celebrations commenced in the morning at the Tapovan auditorium, where a ceremonial worship took place under the guidance of Param Pujya Swamini Sanyuktananda Saraswati, Residential Acharya of Chinmaya Mission Center Bokaro. Besides others, President Biswaroop Mukhopadhyay, School Secretary Mahesh Tripathi, Principal Suraj Sharma, and Vice Principal Narmendra Kumar, who performed worship rituals and honored Gurudev’s Paduka.
Teachers and staff joined in reciting the Chinmaya Ashtottara Shatanam, offering their respects and tributes to Gurudev. The music department enhanced the devotional atmosphere with a series of melodious bhajans performed by Param Pujya Swamini Sanyuktananda Saraswati, Siwen Chakraborty, Jai Kishan Rathore, Rupak Jha, and Dinesh Kumar.
In her address, Swamini Sanyuktananda Saraswati encouraged attendees to engage in actions that benefit others, to pray for personal rectitude, and to maintain positive thinking. She emphasized the importance of faith in one’s deity and continuous self-improvement.
The celebration highlighted Gurudev’s significant contributions to society, including his writings on religious texts and his global promotion of Sanatan culture through Gyan Yagya.
