The highlight of the event was the spirited performances by students, who captivated the audience with their renditions of patriotic songs such as ‘Vande Mataram,’ ‘Saare Jahan Se Achcha,’ and ‘Utho Jawan Desh Ki Vasundhara Pukarti.’ Dressed in tricolor bands, the young performers added to the festive mood with their enthusiastic singing and dancing. In a touching gesture, students also presented the Principal with handmade greeting cards and artworks themed around patriotism.
In his address, Principal Dr. Gangwar emphasised the significance of Independence Day as a moment to honor the sacrifices of the nation’s martyrs and leaders. He called on everyone to reaffirm their commitment to national values and work collectively towards building an inclusive, innovative, and prosperous India. “Our independence was achieved through immense sacrifices and enduring struggles. It is our duty to contribute towards the development of our nation, working together for a better India,” Dr. Gangwar said.
The celebrations echoed with patriotic slogans such as ‘Vande Mataram,’ ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai,’ and ‘Jai Hind,’ as the school grounds buzzed with enthusiasm. A selfie point adorned with beautiful paintings and artworks proved to be a popular attraction among attendees.
