Ranchi: The Human Resource Development (HRD) Department of Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) organized a two-day training program on 16th and 17th December 2024 to facilitate the registration process on the ‘Karmayogi’ portal for its non-executive employees. The training aimed to help employees complete the six mandatory courses available on the portal, enhancing their skills and digital literacy.
On the first day, 50 nodal officers from various departments of CCL Headquarters participated, while the second day saw 70 nodal officers from different projects of CCL attending the program. The primary objective was to ensure that all participants successfully registered on the Karmayogi platform and completed the required courses, promoting digital awareness and skill development across the organization.
The program was inaugurated by Shri K. Ramakrishna, GM (HRD), who emphasized the role of digital initiatives in organizational development. The sessions were conducted by Shri Vikas Kumar Singh, Senior Manager (HRD), and Shri C.S.P., Manager (Mining). Shri Sanjay Kumar Thakur, General Manager (Establishment), also motivated the participants to take full advantage of this initiative.
This training program is part of CCL’s ongoing efforts to enhance digital literacy, promote skill development, and foster a culture of compliance and capacity building within the organization. It aligns with the Government’s initiatives to leverage digital platforms for workforce development and operational efficiency.
