‘Training of Trainers’ Workshop Concludes at Chinmaya Vidyalaya Bokaro

Bokaro: The two-day Training of Trainers workshop, organized by CBSE New Delhi at Chinmaya Vidyalaya Bokaro, concluded with the participation of principals, vice-principals, and teachers from prominent rural schools across Jharkhand. The workshop aimed to enhance teaching methods, fostering qualitative changes in educational skills to meet the evolving demands of modern education.

In his address, Principal Suraj Sharma emphasized the importance of integrating technology and updated teaching skills into current practices. Resource persons, including Shailesh Kumar Soni, Deputy Director of I.S.T.M., Paramjit Kaur, and Ashish Bose, highlighted the need to implement the New Education Policy 2020 and bring structural improvements to teaching to keep pace with technological advancements.

The workshop featured discussions on creating dynamic, student-empowering classrooms and promoting a value-oriented, quality education system. Ravi Prakash, Head of C.O.E. CBSE Patna, and other dignitaries were also present, underscoring the significance of these training sessions in shaping future educators.

Vice Principal Narendra Kumar thanked all participants and resource persons, expressing confidence that the workshop would set a benchmark in educational development. The event was successfully coordinated with the help of teachers and staff from Chinmaya Vidyalaya.
