Dhanbad: Refresher Training Program kicked off for the second batch of Coal India Limited (CIL) executives on Thursday at IIT-ISM Dhanbad. The event was inaugurated by Professor Sukumar Mishra, Director of IIT-ISM, alongside Professor JK Pattanayak, Ex-Officiating Director, Professor Sandeep Mondal, Head of the Department of Management Studies & Industrial Engineering, and faculty members.
The program, led by Dr. Shikha Singh and Dr. Preeti Roy, focuses on equipping executives with vital skills for navigating the rapidly evolving business environment. As industries face increased volatility and complexity, the course aims to enhance decision-making capabilities and promote organizational excellence.
Professor Mishra emphasized IIT-ISM’s strong partnership with CIL and highlighted the importance of continuous learning in addressing both technical and strategic challenges.
