Ranchi: CMPDI (HQ), Ranchi, has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the Institute of Computer Accountants (ICA) Foundation, Kolkata, to provide skill development training in “Senior Associate-Transactional Finance and Accounting” for 90 students from the SC/ST community in Ranchi and surrounding areas.
The MoA was signed by RK Mahapatra, General Manager (HRD/CSR) of CMPDI, and Rajneesh Pandey of ICA Foundation.
This CSR initiative targets SC/ST youth with a graduation degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, or 12th-class Commerce stream holders with relevant experience.
The four-month, non-residential training will be conducted at ICA Foundation, Ranchi, in accordance with National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) and Sector Skill Council (SSC) standards.
The program aims to enhance employability by equipping participants with essential financial and accounting skills, improving their economic prospects and job readiness.
