Bokaro: DPS Bokaro has once again proven its academic excellence, as 112 of its students achieved outstanding success in the International Sanskrit Olympiad 2024–25, organized by the International Olympiad Foundation (IOF). Among them, seven students were declared International Toppers and one secured the title of Zonal Topper.
Shatakshi Singh, Akshara Singh, Srishti Kanak, Tulip Soumya, Rishita Kumar, Sanskriti Singh, and Kunal Anand earned the distinction of being International Toppers, while Saatvik Rupam Dwivedi was recognized as the Zonal Topper.
In total, 40 students won Gold Awards, 44 bagged Silver, and 20 were awarded Bronze, marking an exceptional performance by the school in the Sanskrit language Olympiad. The competition saw participation from 200 students across Classes VI to X, showcasing their strong command over the ancient language.
Principal Dr. A. S. Gangwar lauded the students for their achievements and emphasized the importance of Sanskrit in shaping cultural and intellectual identity. “Language strengthens knowledge, and Sanskrit connects us to the roots of Indian heritage. Such platforms help students uncover their hidden potential,” he remarked.
