Bokaro: The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), organized by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), is set to take place on July 7, 2024 (Sunday). The examination will be held at 10 designated centers across Bokaro district, where a total of 5,100 candidates from various regions will participate. The CTET will be conducted in two shifts, with Paper-1 scheduled from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM and Paper-2 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM. Both papers will each last for two and a half hours.
In a briefing on Thursday, Dr. A. S. Gangwar, CTET City Coordinator and Principal of DPS Bokaro, assured that comprehensive measures have been implemented to ensure a peaceful and malpractice-free examination. The 10 examination centers include DPS Bokaro Sector-4, Chinmaya Vidyalaya Sector-5, DAV Public School Sector-4, DAV Sector-6, GGPS Sector-5, MGM Higher Secondary School Sector-4, GGPS Chas, Sri Ayyappa Public School Sector-5, Crescent Public School Sector-6, and Holy Cross School, Railway Colony Balidih.
Dr. Gangwar also emphasized that strict adherence to examination guidelines will be enforced at all centers. Candidates are required to bring their admit cards along with a photo identity card, and they should use either blue or black ink pens for the exam.
