Ranchi: The National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL) Ranchi, in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi, successfully hosted Vidhaan 2025 – The Policy Triathlon.
This marks the first-ever collaboration between NUSRL and IIM Ranchi for such a large-scale event, attracting participation from students of top universities nationwide.
Organized by the Kautilya Society of NUSRL and the Politics Club of IIM Ranchi, the event featured three key phases: the Position Paper Submission Round, the Policy Mastermind Quiz, and a Live Policy Hackathon. A total of 160 registrations were received, and the top 16 teams from renowned universities were selected.
The closing ceremony was graced by dignitaries including Ashutosh, Additional Advocate General (Jharkhand High Court), Prof. Dr. Ashok R. Patil, Vice-Chancellor of NUSRL, and Prof. Deepak Kumar Srivastava, Director of IIM Ranchi.
The event, judged by a distinguished panel of legal and academic professionals, highlighted the collaborative efforts of law and management students in shaping governance models and influencing policy-making. Prof. Patil emphasized the importance of such initiatives in fostering competitive opportunities and encouraged future collaborations between NUSRL and IIM Ranchi.
